The hotel is right next to the Gare Saint Charles, providing easy access via public transport. The location was perfect because I had an early train to catch. The room included a functional kitchenette.
Staff repeatedly assured resolution, but the issue persisted throughout the stay.

The hotel is located less than a 5-minute walk from the train station. This was convenient. there's a designated workspace near the lobby, perfect for getting some work done while traveling. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, they made my check-in process smooth.
the rooms could use a little updating, but it really wasn't a big issue for me.

The reception desk is open 24/7, really helpful for late arrivals or early departures. the staff was polite and provided all necessary information upon arrival. They promptly addressed my inquiries throughout my stay.

The location offered immediate access to the train station. It was convenient for early departures. i was assigned a room with a kitchenette, this allowed me to prepare my meals. the bathroom included ample space and good lighting. the staff assisted me with directions and information about local transport.
the room decor felt somewhat dated, though everything was functional.

the hotel is directly adjacent to the gare saint charles, this provided very easy access to public transport. despite the proximity to the station, i did not mind the announcements. i thought seeing the trains from the bedroom window was rather cool!
